Cancellation up to 25 days before the retreat

Cancellations made 25 days or more before the retreat start date are eligible for a 100% refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation due to medical emergency

In case of cancellation requested due to a genuine medical emergency, The Itchy Boots reserves the right to assess the circumstances and determine the applicable cancellation charges.

After deducting the applicable cancellation charges, the remaining amount may be adjusted against a future retreat organised by The Itchy Boots, subject to availability and applicable terms.

Cancellation by The Itchy Boots

The Itchy Boots reserves the right to cancel a retreat up to 7 days prior to the scheduled retreat date due to unforeseen circumstances or operational reasons.

In such an event, only the retreat cost paid to The Itchy Boots will be refunded. The Itchy Boots will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants, including travel, transportation, accommodation outside the retreat package, or other personal expenses.

Final decision

The Itchy Boots reserves the right to make the final decision regarding cancellation charges, refunds, credits, and adjustments based on the circumstances of each case.
