Retreat Flow

Day 1 – Arrive by the Coast

Arrive at the beautiful Holiday Inn Resort Goa, where rain-washed gardens, swaying palms, and the sound of the Arabian Sea welcome you to a memorable getaway.

After checking in, meet your fellow travellers during a warm welcome session and get to know the wonderful women who'll be sharing this experience with you. Ease into the retreat with your first guided art workshop, inspired by Goa's lush monsoon landscapes and vibrant coastal charm.

As the evening unfolds, head out for a delightful dinner at the iconic Mike's Place, one of South Goa's favourite local restaurants, known for its welcoming atmosphere and delicious Goan flavours. Return to the resort for relaxed conversations and a restful night by the coast.

Day 2 – Discover the Heart of South Goa

Wake up to the refreshing monsoon breeze and begin your day with a walk along the serene shores of Mobor Beach, where dramatic skies and rolling waves create a spectacular backdrop.

After breakfast, set out to discover some of South Goa's hidden gems. Browse through the vibrant Mario's World store, famous for its colourful Goan-inspired artwork, home décor, and souvenirs that beautifully capture the spirit of Goa. Continue exploring charming local spots before enjoying an authentic Goan lunch at the legendary Martin's Corner.

Return to the resort for your second guided art session, drawing inspiration from the colours, culture, and memories collected throughout the day. Spend the evening unwinding at the resort, enjoying the monsoon ambience, or sharing stories with your new friends.

Day 3 – Memories to Take Home

Begin your final morning with one last creative session, bringing together everything you've experienced over the retreat. Surrounded by the beauty of Goa's monsoon season, complete your artwork while reflecting on the friendships, laughter, and moments that made the journey special.

After breakfast, bid farewell to your fellow travellers and leave with beautiful creations, cherished memories, and a renewed sense of joy inspired by three unforgettable days by the coast.

Pragya Mittal

Pragya is an introvert at heart, quietly observant, yet fiercely expressive when she creates or travels.

Painting and journeys are her way of seeing the world, each experience unfolding into colour, story, and meaning.

This fusion of art and exploration gave birth to The Itchy Boots, a space where creativity meets discovery.

Through thoughtfully curated art retreats, she invites others to slow down, create deeply, and connect with both nature and self.
